Cancellation Policy

At Salon Yetmir, we strive to provide our clients with the best possible salon experience by ensuring that our stylists are prepared and available for scheduled appointments. To accommodate the needs of all our clients and maintain our high standard of service, we have implemented the following cancellation policy:


We kindly request that you notify us of any appointment cancellations or rescheduling at least 24 hours in advance. This allows us to offer the vacant appointment slot to other clients who may be on our waiting list.


If, for any reason, you fail to show up for your scheduled appointment or do not provide us with sufficient notice to cancel or reschedule within the 24-hour timeframe, a cancellation fee will be charged. This fee will amount to 50% of the total service(s) that were booked.


We understand that emergencies and unforeseen circumstances can arise, and we will always consider these on a case-by-case basis. If such an event occurs, please contact us as soon as possible to explain the situation, and we will work together to find a satisfactory solution.
