FAQ
Are deposits necessary for appointment bookings?
Generally, no. However, in case you are availing a service valued at $500 or above, a deposit may be required.
What is the timeframe for canceling or rescheduling appointments?
A minimum notice of 24 hours is requested. Kindly note that we are closed on Sundays and Mondays, and during this time, we are unable to answer phone calls or respond to emails.
Is there anything specific I should wear or prepare for my visit?
We kindly request that you refrain from wearing hoodies or turtle necks, and if possible, avoid wearing white or expensive garments. While we take precautions to protect your clothing from any potential stains, there is still a chance for unexpected mishaps.
What is the recommended arrival time for my appointment?
Given our limited seating capacity, we kindly request that you arrive promptly at the scheduled time of your appointment.
Do you provide service guarantees?
While we strive to provide excellent service by conducting thorough consultations and exceeding expectations, we acknowledge that misunderstandings can occur. If you are dissatisfied with the service received, kindly contact us within 24 hours, and we will gladly arrange a free redo to ensure your complete satisfaction.
